If you are married, or in an intimate partner relationship and she/he/they:
- Kicks, punches, slaps, or bites you (often, but not always, a woman will target a man's groin)
- Threatens you with weapons like knives, guns, baseball bats, irons, purposely scalds or burns you
- Throws objects at you
- Commits violence against your children or pets
- Violates court ordered visitation by willfully stopping you from seeing your children
- Verbally humiliates you in public or in private
- Constantly ridicules and makes fun of you
in public or in private
- Calls you names and berates your self-worth
- Blames you for her/his/their own failures
- Destroys your personal items
- Turns your children against you (parental alienation)
- Threatens to ruin you financially if you leave her/him/them
- Isolates you from family members or family functions, if your family is nearby
- Destroying fixtures in the home (i.e. cabinetry, walls, appliances)
GET HELP!!
Most federal funding sources require that Domestic Violence Services be provided to all victims of abuse.
Sadly, that is not the case when it comes to men being abused.

including mental & emotional support for Male victims and their families
FACEBOOK SUPPORT GROUPS:
The Utah Bunker House provides the following on our FACEBOOK page:
A support group for Men who are or have been victims of Domestic Violence, Partner/Spousal Abuse, Narcissistic Rage/Abuse, And Sexual Abuse, with a Men's ONLY support group.
A support group for family and loved ones of Men who are or have been victims of Domestic Violence, Partner/Spousal Abuse, Narcissistic Rage/Abuse, & Sexual Abuse.

PEER SUPPORT FOR MEN
Will consist of Male volunteers from other agencies (examples might include Male Law Enforcment Officers, etc.) to other Male survivors of Domestic Violence, Intimate Partner/Spousal Abuse, Narcissistic Rage/Abuse, And Sexual Abuse.

The Utah Bunker House Domestic Violence Shelter for Men is an all-male Domestic Violence Shelter still in the works that will be located in Salt Lake City Utah, and once open, will serve as a place for men who are victims of Domestic Violence, Intimate Partner/Spousal Abuse, Narcissistic Rage/Abuse, and Sexual Abuse, can seek safety and refuge from the abuse. (Regardless of Race, Sexual Orientation, or Religious Status)
